Privacy policy

1. Controller

The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:

Nodarix GmbH, Rüstersieler Str. 46, 26386 Wilhelmshaven, Germany

Represented by the managing director: Steve Eckert

Phone: +49 4421 6974710

Email: datenschutz@nodarix.de

2. Data protection officer

We are not required to appoint a data protection officer (§ 38 German Federal Data Protection Act). For any privacy-related matter you can reach us directly at datenschutz@nodarix.de.

3. Server log files

When you access this website, our hosting provider automatically collects technical access data: IP address, date and time of access, the file requested, volume of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system and the referring page (referrer URL).

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and stable operation of the website and in defending against technical attacks.

This data is used exclusively for that purpose, is not merged with other data sources and is deleted after 7 days at the latest.

4. Hosting and data processing agreement

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany.

The provider processes the data described above solely on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions. We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

The servers are located in Germany. No personal data is transferred to countries outside the EU or the EEA.

5. Cookies, tracking and analytics

This website does not set any cookies — neither technically necessary ones nor cookies for analytics or marketing purposes. No audience measurement, tracking or profiling takes place.

We use neither Google Analytics nor any comparable analytics service. For this reason, this website does not require a cookie banner.

6. Fonts and external resources

The font used is served exclusively from our own server in Germany. When you access the website, no connection is established to third-party servers — in particular not to Google Fonts or external content delivery networks. Your IP address is not transmitted to any third party.

7. Contacting us

The contact form at /en/kontakt does not process any data on our servers. Your entries are assembled into an email locally in your browser and opened in your own email program. Your data only reaches us once you send that email yourself.

We process the data transmitted (name, email address, company where applicable, and your message) exclusively in order to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the inquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries.

We delete this data as soon as it is no longer required for that purpose, unless commercial or tax retention periods apply.

8. Recipients and transfers to third countries

Your data is not passed on to third parties, with the exception of the hosting provider named under section 4 and our email provider, both of which act as processors on our behalf. No transfer to third countries takes place.

9. Encryption

For security reasons this website uses TLS encryption, recognisable by the “https://” prefix in your browser's address bar. This prevents third parties from reading the data transmitted between your browser and our server.

10. Links to external services

Our website links to external services, including nodarix-connect.de, hub.nodarix.de and LinkedIn. No third-party content is embedded; data is only transmitted to the respective operators once you actively click such a link. The privacy policies of those providers apply to any processing on their side.

11. No automated decision-making

No automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.

12. Your rights as a data subject

You have the right at any time to obtain information about the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), and to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).

You may withdraw any consent given to us at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR). An informal message to datenschutz@nodarix.de is sufficient to exercise your rights.

13. Right to object under Art. 21 GDPR

Where we process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you have the right to object to that processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.

If you object, we will no longer process your data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Please send your objection informally to datenschutz@nodarix.de.

14. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Without prejudice to any other legal remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data.

The authority responsible for us is: Die Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany.

15. Changes to this privacy policy

We update this privacy policy whenever changes to our services or to the legal situation make it necessary. The version published on this page applies in each case.
