Equipment rental in the region still runs mostly on phone calls, spreadsheets and callbacks: a customer enquires, someone checks by hand whether the marquee is still free that weekend, calls back, sends a quote. Days pass between enquiry and booking — and customers drop out in the meantime.
Nodara Rent turns that around. Stock lives in one place, availability is checked live against existing bookings, and the customer books in a single pass — with tiered pricing, delivery costs and deposit calculated correctly. What remains is the work that is actually the business: packing, delivering, setting up.

Every item is checked day by day against existing bookings — no double allocation.
Tiered pricing & volume discounts
Discount tiers appear on the product page; the saving is shown in the cart and in the booking details.
Online deposit
A booking becomes binding with a deposit, paid via Stripe. The deposit rate is configurable per customer.
Delivery with free kilometres
Delivery costs are calculated automatically — base fee plus distance, with free kilometres deducted.
Book as guest or with an account
Customers book without registering, or create an account and see all their bookings and documents there.
Event enquiries
Larger events get a dedicated enquiry form covering needs, venue, dates and budget instead of the standard cart.
